Skull Bleaching Kit | The Tannery Inc.
The Tannery Skull Bleaching Kit - This kit eliminates much of the work from the process with the highly concentrated de-greaser. Our de-greaser solution breaks down the fats and oils during the boiling process allowing all the flesh to be removed. With no bleaching agent in the water there is no need to worry about discoloring the antlers. Just boil for about an hour and then rinse with a pressure nozzle water hose to remove any remaining matter. Once the skull is clean apply the bleaching product. Mix the bleaching powder with household hydrogen peroxide to make a paste then cover the skull with it. Let it set overnight. Brush of the powder the next day and you're finished.
